Know The Recipe of Squeezy Seafood Sauce

Required Ingredients To Prepare The Dish Are:

5 garlic cloves, few fresh green chilies, 2 tbsp coriander stalk and leaves, 3tbsp of sugar, half cup of lime juice oyster sauce one tablespoon, fish sauce two tablespoons, salt as per required.


You need to take a food processor (Do not use a blender). This is a time-consuming process. To make it quick you can use a food processor. Add garlic cloves, green chilies, and coriander to the food processor and blend for about one minute. Now check whether the ingredients are well blended and very fine. Now add salt, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Be careful while adding the oyster and fish sauce do not exceed the above measurements because these contain a strong flavor if they are added in more amount it may ruin the taste of the dish. After adding all the ingredients to the food processor, blend it for about 20 seconds.

Your seafood sauce is ready; you can store it in an airtight liner and place it in a refrigerator (by placing it in the refrigerator it locks the flavor of the sauce for a long period).
