Many times, our scalp gets dry, itchy, irritated, and even flaky and, there might be two reasons behind it. The first cause is the underlining health conditions or diet, and the second might be a dry scalp. If the scalp and hair health is not properly maintained, it may cause thinning hair, hair loss or even baldness. When the hair issues get severe, people have to visit the hair transplant clinic for getting PRP Hair Restoration Toronto. So, it is essential to prevent these issues at the initial stage.  Therefore, ensure to keep your scalp and hair healthy and conditioned. Here are a few tips that would help you to keep your hair and Scalp Healthy and Conditioned:

    Simple and All-Natural DIY Masks

The drug store is loaded with various hair masks brands, which promise you various things. All of us do not how much they are good or bad. Even some people can easily try each brand on their hair while others are not comfortable in putting unknown ingredients on their bodies. Create your own easy, clean and natural hair masks to nourish your locks and moisture your dry and itchy scalp. Here are a few natural hair masks that you can easily make at your home:

    • Coconut Oil Mask

Generally, coconut oil is used in many ways like lip balm, cooking oil and even people drink it. Yes off course! It’s quite important in maintaining a healthy scalp.

Step 1: Wash your hair with a mild shampoo to remove extra oils and build-up from your scalp and hair roots

Step 2: Lightly dry your hair with a towel, leaving it slightly moist (not dripping)

Step 3: Gently apply coconut oil through your hair from scalp to tip section by section, then massage your scalp for next a few minutes to promote blood flow and absorption in your scalp.

Step 4: After that, wrap your hair in a towel and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Rinse and wash.

    • Raw Honey & Olive Oil Mask

Olive oil is the best moisture for hair while Honey helps to pull extra moisture to the scalp.

Step 1: Take a bowl and mix 1/2 cup raw honey with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Slightly heats the mixture over on low flame until all the ingredients mix well.

Step 2: Apply this mask on your hair and, then wrap the hair in a plastic bag for 20-30 minutes. Rinse well and wash.
