The outbreak of the unclassified virus is a new threat that no one in the world expected.  It came all of a sudden and washed away two years of our lives already. It affected us in every walk of life. People all across the world suffer plenty of losses due to the pandemic. It is disheartening to know that many families lost their loved ones, and some lost their job and other basic amenities needed to lead a stable life. The pandemic did not go easy on anyone. It has been especially hard for the minorities because they have to face another hurdle, including the existing ones. Check this: hire black job portal

One of the most noticeable things that happened because of the pandemic is the hike in unemployment rates. The level of disparities between blacks and whites has always been high. From elementary level to senior citizens, the behavior of the government towards the black people was always less appreciable than the whites. The pandemic has further worsened their situation by adding more plights to their lives. The black kids do not get the same privilege as the white kids to get a quality education or learn new skills. This denial of basic rights has grown up to affect their youth life as they do not get the jobs that pay well. The system that segregates people based on their color eats the dreams of black people alive. Though we can say that we are recovering from the effects of the pandemic, the lives of black people are still as miserable as ever. Do have a look at: hiring black website

The rate of recovery among black people will continue to remain low if we do not put an end to the existing social disparities. The downturn in the economy due to the pandemic has left the black people with matchless misery. They already face many troubles because of racial exploitation and unequal treatment. The outbreak of coviv19 was just like tying a rock to the legs of a drowning man. Experts say that the black youth will have trouble getting employed regardless of their educational qualifications and skills.  Initially, the rate of unemployment among black workers with a bachelor’s degree was around four percent (4%). Now, after the pandemic, it has gone up to six percent (6%).  The rate of employment among black people with a diploma from high school is about twelve percent (12%) which is still more than the unemployment rate of white workers with a high school diploma and those who dropped out from high school.

The recovery will be slower than white people because of the privilege they have. The white people are the first to be employed and the last to be fired. They have the advantage of getting a quality education and, nobody questions if white kids want to up-skill themselves.  Besides, they are not shot down or imprisoned for unnecessary reasons like the blacks. These social disparities cause a lag in the rate of recovery of black people after the pandemic. The only way to end all this is to kill the root cause of its all- racial discrimination.
