    What is a United States Visa?

    The people of the United States are enjoying the luxurious and glorious amenities there. People who are living in other countries like London, New Zealand, Pakistan, India and many other countries are always seeking some residential opportunities in the United States. But for migrating to this luxurious State, not everyone is qualified or eligible to migrate to the United States. There are lots of rules, regulations, policies and law enforced by the USCIS and the Government of United States. The Visa can only be provided when all the eligibility criteria marked as satisfied by the government of the United States. 

    The United States Visa

    There are 2 kinds of Visa that are registered for the foreign countries citizens. As a citizen of some other foreign state, you must apply for  green card visa as there are two kinds of visas introduced by the United States. 

    • Immigrant Visa
    • Non-immigrant Visa

    Introduction to Immigrant Visa

    People who are holding Immigrant Visa type usually go-ahead for a purpose to become a permanent resident of the United States and grab their Green Cards issued by the Government of the United States. By holding the Green Card facility, one must be known as the Citizen of the United States. 

    United State Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

    The USCIS is responsible for all the immigration services and its whole process. The process of Naturalization is also generated by the USCIS. There is whole long-lasting procedure when applying for an Immigrant Visa to the United States.

    Whenever you are going to apply for the United States Immigrant Visa must avail the following guidelines given by the USCIS:

    • Read Online and Printed form Guidelines
    • Overview of the eligibility criteria and process requirements
    • Free Consultation in person  
    • An information session about Permanent Residence
    • Online Appointment System 
    • Understand the process of naturalization

    All these checkpoints are important before applying to the USICS for an immigrant visa. It takes more than 6 months to get the approval of the petition at DHS/USICS. 

    Complete your VISA Status with the Help of U.S department 

    After the approval of the petition, the further process moved forward towards the National Visa Center which is usually called as NVC. The NVC do the pre-processing of visa status. The NVC job is to collect the application fee, gather the information and schedule the interview for the applicant. They will contact the applicant when the formal Visa application and its status is completed. 

    Immigrant Visa Process 

    The proper process of applying for an immigrant visa is as under:

    Submit your petition

    • Wait for your petition to be approved

    After the petition is approved

    • Begin with the NVC process
    • Hire a Lawyer
    • Pay Fees

    Collect, Submit docs and Forms at NVC

    • Submit Visa Form
    • Gather financial statements and documents
    • Collect supporting docs
    • Submit them to the NVC

    Schedule Interview

     

    • Prepare for the interview
    • Applicant interview schedule
    • After the interview
